- Babysitting Course
Essential skills, how to handle emergencies, up-to date training by certified instructors. Can earn certification. Ages 12 & up.
Beginner level, non contact. Learn footwork, conditioning, defensive moves, punches using heavy bag, speed bag and focus mitts. Ages 9 & up.More info
Students will learn proper stance, basic footwork, blade work and beginning of techniques. Exercises and games that strengthen the body and improve mobility are the foundations of this program. Ages 7 & up.
Beginners & Intermediate levels.
- FIT for Kids
Strength training, coordination and cardio conditioning. A fun and active cross training workout for kids. Improves athletic ability and fitness levels. Ages 8 & up.
An introduction to basic tumbling and gymnastic skills with an emphasis on coordination, flexibility and self-confidence.
- Kids in Motion
A gross monitor development class that includes activities utilizing an assortment of equipment to fun upbeat music. Free for members.
- Kids Night Out
Kids will enjoy a night of swimming or movie, gym games, arts and crafts, healthy snacks, and fun! Ages 5 & up.
Once per month.
Taught in a relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis on fundamental skills and technique. The program is non-contact so no protective clothing is required.

- Martial Arts
Anthony Quatrochi's Martial Arts Institute brings their program to All Sport. Ages 4-11.
This group beginner level clinic will teach the basics of racquetball including: forehand, backhand, game rules, strategies, serves and returns.
Ages 8 & up.
A structured, non-competitive weekly clinic promoting basic skill development, games and fun. Boys & Girls ages 3-5.More info
- Swim Lessons
Guided swim lessons to increase skills and improve self-confidence. All levels from Aquababies, up. Private lessons also available. Ages 6 months & up.Group Lessons
- Quickstart Tennis
The fast, fun way to learn tennis. Taught by a USPTA & PTR Certified Tennis Professional.
Lessons for aspiring and current high school tennis player also available.
Introduction to basic tumbling with an emphasis on coordination, flexibility and self-confidence. Ages 3-5.
Introduction to yoga for kids of all fitness and flexibility levels. Fun way to release energy and build confidence. Ages 2-5 and 5-8.
- Youth Dance
Learn the basics and fundamentals of ballet, dance, and/or Hip Hop and Jazz. Ages 3+ and 5+.
